Subject to exceptions, at the moment Nude & Co is unable to accept any returned items. If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please message us to make sure the size you require is in stock. Any items with damage such as makeup or general wear and tare will be refused any exchange and your order will then be sent back to you. Exchanges must be returned with your order number, full delivery address details and a clear statement of what you wish to exchange your item for. If there is nothing you wish to exchange for we can offer you a store credit for future use.
All exchanges will take up to 14 working days to process after we have received it and we will have to charge a delivery fee for the new item being sent.
Every item that is dispatched is thoroughly checked. Any orders claimed of being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item.
Please take extra care when trying on clothing, ensuring you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or any marks on our clothing. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition.
